Day 1 Stellenbosch

On your arrival into Capetown you will be met by our representative. You will be taken to the

rentar car office and handed over your travel instructions for Stellenbosch. The hour drive to the oldest town in South Africa after Capetown in easy and give you beautiful vistas. The town is the oldest in South Africa after Cape Town. Oak-lined streets next to water furrows compliment the many fine examples of elegant Cape Dutch, Victorian and Georgian architecture which is on display.

Day 2-3 Winelands

After your breakfast some time is reserved to exploring the town before venturing into the surrounding Winelands.

The Stellenbosch Wine route is the oldest, largest and probably the most visited of the Southwest Cape’s wine routes. Many of the estates are very old, their gabled, whitewashed Cape Dutch Homesteads, rolling vineyards and shade-dappled grounds are beautiful beyond measure. You can visit two of these fine estates where the art of wine making in South Africa is experienced first hand. A large variety of cultivars can be sampled and specific cultivars which appeals to your palette are sure to be found. Return to Stellenbosch for your stay in the River Manor late in the late afternoon.

 

Day 4- Capetown

Enroute to Capetown. Capetown is the second-most populous city in South Africa. The city is famous

for its harbour as well as its natural setting in the Cape floral kingdom, including such well-known landmarks as Table Mountain and Cape point. It is hailed as one of the most beautiful cities in the world as officially recognised by Forbes National Geographic has also enlisted Cape Town as one of the most iconic cities on the planet and "Places of a Lifetime".

Day 5-7 Capetown

These days are at leisure to explore the Cape Peninsula and its beautiful surroundings. You could visit Cape point national park

Inside the reserve you will find a variety of animals including buck, baboons and Cape Mountain Zebra as well as over 250 species of birds and indigenous flora that is found nowhere else in the world. Take a scenic drive, stop at one of the many picnic spots and tidal pools and travel to the Lighthouse lookout by funicular or on foot for spectacular views. Or expore the cities many shopping malls and restaurants.

 

Day 8- Departure

This morning you will head to the airport for your departure.
